Third day of vegan diet week

I'm missing something, but I'm not sure what - I think it's the texture of creamy things like milk and butter.  I had an avocado which was a reasonable substitute.  Most of the food I've been eating seems quite rich and/or thick/bulky so I feel full, perhaps a bit too much.


Yesterday I made some sushi and some tofu stir fry - both very tasty.
